Shipping & Returns

Shipping Destination
Currently we ship to all UK destinations.  Shipping charges on the site relate to UK destinations only. We can ship to destinations outside of the UK, please contact us for shipping prices. 

Shipping will only be made to the card holders billing address unless special arrangements are agreed prior to despatch of your order.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Returns Policy
Shirells makes every effort to ensure products arrive in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event of a product arriving damaged, customers should contact us within 3 days of receipt and return the package within 7 days, for a replacement to be sent. If you find your purchase is unsatisfactory, we are happy to exchange items or refund your credit/debit card account, provided the goods are returned to us within 7 days of their receipt, in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We regret, however, that we cannot, in this case, refund return postage costs. If you have not received your order within 15 working days from the despatch date, customers should contact Customers Services. If we are unable to locate the missing product a replacement will be sent. Customer Services email sales@shirells.com

Refunds
If your purchase from Shirells is found to be faulty, damaged or unsatisfactory, please return it to us per the instructions above for a full refund (Refunds are at the discretion of the management). Refunds for valid claims will be made via the same method of payment as used to place your order.

Stock Availability
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items in the store are always in stock, from time to time some items will be temporarily out of supply.Occasionally if a particular product is in high demand we will need to re-order from our suppliers. If this is the case then the number of days that this process will take will be quoted in an email.If an item is out of stock on our web site, and we cannot get any more stock, we will generally remove the item from sale. However, if there is an item you are really trying to get hold of, email us at info@shirells.com with the details of the item you wish to purchase and we will do our best to try and get it for you.Please note: The products illustrated on this web site are as seen. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and computing processes will allow.shirells.com  accept no responsibility for variations in colour or style due to the settings on the users monitor. Shirells reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, prices of products and conditions of sale.
